How Velion Studios processes information submitted through this website and the Velion Account system.

2. Website access
When the website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and server logs. This is used to provide, secure and troubleshoot the service.
3. Contact and support forms
If you contact us through a website form, we process the information you provide — including your name, email address, selected department, subject and message — to respond to your enquiry. Messages are routed to the appropriate @velionstudios.com mailbox.
4. Career applications
Application information may include your name, contact details, preferred discipline, location, availability, portfolio links and application message. This information is processed for recruitment and collaboration assessment. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not required for your application.
5. Velion Accounts
If you create a Velion Account, we process your email address, display name, account identifier, profile handle, password hash, verification status and profile settings. Passwords are not stored in plain text. Account data is used to authenticate you and provide player-profile functionality. Optional profile data may include a short bio, country, platform preference and profile visibility.
6. Email verification and password recovery
Verification and password-reset links use one-time random tokens with limited validity. Transactional emails are sent through the configured Velion Studios mail infrastructure.
7. Cookies
The account system uses a strictly necessary secure session cookie named velion_session after sign-in. It is HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax and is used only to keep you authenticated. The current website does not require advertising cookies for its core functionality.
8. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the relevant purpose or as required by law. Support and business correspondence may be retained where needed for follow-up or legal obligations. Career application data should be deleted when no longer required for the recruitment process unless another lawful basis supports longer retention. Velion Account data is retained while the account remains active or where retention is otherwise required.
9. Recipients
Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for the relevant purpose. Hosting and email providers may process information as part of providing their technical services.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
