Basic terms for using the Velion Studios website and Velion Account services.
1. Scope
These terms apply to use of the Velion Studios website and the Velion Account features currently made available through velionstudios.com.
2. Velion Account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your password and using the account in a lawful manner. Do not create accounts to impersonate others, interfere with the service or abuse account functionality.
3. Availability
Velion Account and BLACKLINE-related online services are under active development. Features may be changed, expanded, suspended or removed as development progresses. Creating a Velion Account does not grant ownership of future games, access to unreleased software or a guarantee of future online services.
4. Content and intellectual property
Velion Studios retains rights in its original website content, branding, game materials, software and related intellectual property to the extent provided by applicable law. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit protected materials without permission unless applicable law allows it.
5. Player profiles
Future profile features may allow you to choose whether profile information is private or publicly visible. You are responsible for content you choose to publish and must not use profiles for unlawful, abusive or infringing material.
6. Security
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape private account data or use automated systems in a way that harms the service. Security research should follow our Responsible Disclosure guidance.
